Delivery & Returns

We work hard to ensure your Bánór order gets to you quickly and safely because it is all part of the experience.

We are currently only shipping in Ireland.

Delivery within Ireland is €5.00.

All orders will be sent within 48 hours in normal circumstances (excluding bank holidays and weekends) Orders typically take 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends)

You will receive emails confirming your order and when it has been shipped.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within the timeframe outlined above, however, delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

We operate a 28 day returns policy with a full refund.

Items must be returned in original condition. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty or damaged. Bánór is not responsible for any package lost in transit and advises you to use register shipping for returned products.

Please email us hello@banor.ie to let us know the rationale for return and to expect it.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used, minus shipping costs (which are non-refundable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Please send your parcel back to EweRock, Roskeen, Windmill, Cashel, Co. Tipperary, E25 DX68. Please email us hello@banor.ie if you have any questions.

DAMAGED GOODS:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately using hello@banor.ie if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue. Postage for damaged/faulty goods returned is covered by Bánór.

CANCELLATION:

Orders may be cancelled without further charge if the product has not been dispatched.
